Artcoaching

Organisations are searching for effective and efficient ways to improve company supervision. This improving is a broad concept. It concerns the entire process from mission/vision/goal determining up to and including the inspiring of every individual employee. Complete libraries can be filled with tips, tricks and strategies to do so. Artcoaching is a way to look at this process in a different and innovative way.

Artcoaching with the project ZenderDNA has an underlying goal, making bridges between contrasting things, between changing scenes. Making a bridge between the power of art and our contemporary society. Besides the experience as an artist, art teacher and artproject leader, Claudia Volders has the passion and knowledge to apply what is happening in high art, directly to her environment. She basically becomes the art, experiences it and shares it with others. It is a specialization that has brought her many great ideas. It is about passion, communication and curiosity, all humane things. She realises that this drive is overshadowed by work pressure, routine and financal pressure in different area's of knowledge. In a way in which art can be used as a method to change company supervision, the feeling of being allowed to have knowledge, will be more appreciated.

Besides the original creation of the work of art that is used, the process of artcoaching is made up of 5 phases. These phases will be explained further in the form of short video fragments, with a short description of each phase, and an audiovisual explanation.


 

Phase 0
The process of the creation of the artist, is common to the process of artcoaching.

Phase 1
We choose a work of art based on the vision and the DNA of the company.

Phase 2a
What is art examination? A general introduction. We analyse this work. The visual elements from the paining are linked to the elements of the company situation and create a new insight in structure and vision.

Phase 2b
Based on phase 2a (a demo), what can this look like?

 

Phase 3
The base is determined, solutions become visible and we choose a direction for the future.

 

Phase 4
We incorporate more people included in the process, in order to establish a basis for the new vision.

 

Phase 5
A greater audio-visual plan is created so the company is promoted in society, with which the innovation is presented in a visual and unique way. Consider a presentation, a exposition, web design, or an infographic where not only the product is mentioned but also the passion of the company.
